The other day Roy Fowler dropped anchor in the 38 Lower harbor after a long day whaling and got absolutely abolished by Mikey. Thanks to a friendly tipster, we received a recording of this momentous event. Note, we’ve used our forensic laboratory to improve the recording, which is here:

Dick Bulger cannot independently verify claims that Roy is using GMRS to meet children.
However, given Roy’s sadistic streak and pattern of pathological and antisocial behavior, I’d certainly not be putting him in charge of a day care any time soon. This is a man who openly cheers for single-party authoritarian kleptocracy and also cheers for the “suffering” of people who don’t think or vote like him.
He’s a boot licker who enjoys watching ICE terrorize and kill women and children. He’s a sick man, and we felt it was important to relay this information to the citizens of Woburn.
