Minnesota 15 Tell Feds to Hand Over the Homework
At a Thursday hearing in Minneapolis, a defense lawyer for the “Minnesota 15” pressed a federal judge to make DHS produce more surveillance material on anti-ICE activists, unions and nonprofits. Apparently “show your work” now requires litigation.
